But do not worry, you don’t have to be an athlete to practice it. Pole Sport is for all those passionate about movements and those who want to enter the world of sports. With a simple choreography in the beginning you overcome your limits without noticing it.
Pole Fitness the Workout and technic is more complex. The movements require more strength and acrobatics. Therefore the muscles and strength grow much faster.
Pole Dance is a softer dance performance. Choreographies are made up of slow movements and are more sensual (erotic). In general Pole Dance is performed in high heels.
Pole Sports = performance sport consisting of intensive fitness & dance program, combination of complex Fitness workout and simple dance choreography.
Pole Sports combines Pilates, Yoga, various movements of Polefitness / Poledance, techniques, acrobatics and Pole tricks.
It is important to be trained by a Pole Sports / Pole Fitness instructor. The correct technique cannot be learned from videos or books. Performing the exercises incorrectly can have very serious consequences.
