Pole Sports Academy is a Pole Sports / Fitness Instructor School with a national and international accreditation.
This program was created and adapted for Romania, respecting the international standards and requirements of education in Pole Sports Teacher Training.
After successfully completing this Education Program, you will become an authorized International Pole Sports Instructor, licensed to teach and conduct Pole Sport classes in a healthy and professional environment.
The program takes place over 4 weekends – (totaly 100 hours of course) and includes: Pedagogy, Communication, Nutrition, Anatomy, Posture training, Music analysis Warm Up & Stretching, Fundamentals in Pole Sports, Structure of a Pole Fitness / Pole Dance lessons, Teaching Concept in theory and practice (warm up, workout, cool down), Safety in Pole Sports, Pole Grips & Posing, Basic, Intermediate and Advance Pole Tricks & Spins, Pole Technics and learn how to building your own choreographies, Exam Pole Sports instructor – in theory and practice.
